I'm John Reed - a consultant, and industry pioneer in the architecture, design, and development of semiconductor memories. As an electronic engineer, I've designed, and reviewed and critiqued client designs of, SRAMs, DRAMs, ROMs, and EEPROMs. First a circuit designer, device technologist and product developer, I now combine that experience with extensive patent licensing and litigation expertise. For my clients, this means I provide independent expert opinions and declarations to support business and legal positions relating to infringement and/or validity, and tutorial materials to facilitate understanding by judges and juries. I've successfully testified in depositions, before International Trade Commission ALJs, and in Federal District Courts, including the "Rocket Docket" of the Eastern District of Virginia.
