• Provide lawyers & engineers with several semiconductor & computer firms independent opinions for development of infringement and validity positions in licensing and litigation activities
• Successfully testified in ITC court, Federal District Courts, & several depositions
• Designer of Bi-CMOS, CMOS SRAM cache elements for next-generation RISC machines
• Consult with various companies on design & development of memory products or subsystems, and often provide "sanity check" for emerging or existing designs

• Co-Founder - Planned startup business, managed company's design and CAD technology development:
• Architected and developed company DRAM products.

• Co-invented "Folded Bit Line" Memory Architecture
• Invented industry's 1st Dynamic Sense Amp
• Designed industry-leading 4K, 16K DRAM devices

• Developed supporting technology for microprocessor introduction and application
• Performed product engineering necessary to enable successful memory production line

• Brought i1103, first production DRAM, and i2102, first nMOS SRAM, to market

• Designed industry's first TTL compatible MOS ROM
• Developed & tested fundamental DRAM, high speed logic techniques
